Version 2026-09-27-draft · Elephant Accountability LLC ("Knolled" / "Sales EDC" / "we")
1. Who this covers.
This page covers Elephant Accountability LLC operating as KnolleD — the company site at knolled.ai, the Sales EDC field door, and the KnolleD product surfaces we operate (including knolledai.com). If a product surface posts a more specific privacy notice, that notice applies to that surface alongside this one.
2. Your book stays yours.
Customer book data lives in an isolated tenant; it is never shared across customers. Your raw inputs (contacts, emails, documents, notes) are returnable to you in full on request, and your tenant is erasable on request — with a deletion receipt.
3. What we collect.
From you, when you contact us: the email address and message content you send to [email protected] (or another address we publish), so we can reply.
From design partners / product accounts: account credentials, the book and connected sources you choose to bring in, and product usage we need to run the service (for example retention, actions taken, replies, outcomes).
From this marketing site: standard web-server and CDN request logs (IP, user agent, path, timing) used for security and reliability — not to build a marketing profile of you.
4. How we use it.
We use contact mail to answer you. We use account and book data to provide Sales EDC / KnolleD to you. We measure product usage so we can improve the product; only aggregate metrics appear in our materials, and your name, company, or testimonial only with your prior written approval.
When a visitor arrives from an AI assistant (or a link tagged as one), the site sends one analytics event to PostHog with the referring site, page URL, IP address and basic browser and device details. It sets no cookies, does not track page views or clicks, and does not record sessions.
5. What we don't do.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your book across customers. We do not ask for your employer's credentials, install on a company laptop, or take API keys to your company CRM or email as a condition of using Sales EDC — you forward, BCC, paste, or tap what you choose to share.
6. Your side of the data.
You confirm you have the right to connect the data you connect — your mailbox, your contacts, your book — and that connecting it does not violate any agreement you are under.
7. Retention and deletion.
Contact mail is kept as long as needed to handle your request and ordinary business records. Product tenants follow the Design Partner Terms: on exit, your raw data is returnable on request and your tenant is erasable on request, with a receipt.
8. Changes.
If this page changes materially, we bump the version string above. Continued use of the site or service after a posted change means you accept the updated notice.
9. Contact.
Privacy questions, data-return requests, or deletion requests: [email protected].
